Other games work fine, so I don't see why this one (it's the launcher so.) would crash ! Thank you, I hope we'll be able to fix that :p
The graphics driver is up to date, I've tried every settings in the Intel HD Graphics control panel but nothing. I have a ASUS E403NA laptop (Intel Celeron N3350 - Intel HD Graphics 500 - 3.9GB of RAM ~) running on Windows 10, everything updated. Same for the Epic Games launcher '-debuglogging' but nothing interesting inside. I have ran DWalker and I got a 20MB log file, unfortunately I don't know how to read this at all so I let you analyze it. I do not have any error on installation, it installs the first update correctly then here the 'shit' happen. On Task Manager, I can see the process opening and it disappears few seconds after. I'm having troubles for trying to open the launcher, when I launch the shortcut, the mouse cursor spins for like 3 seconds then nothing else happen.
